Our immersive activities are sequenced to put participants in positions to make leadership decisions, using interpersonal skills. They will increase trust, utilize creative problem solving, brainstorming and cooperation.

Looking for a FUN day? We will create an experiential opportunity for your team to grow. We'll engage your team in play, laughter and real conversation.
Need more resilience?
Trouble in paradise? We specialize in working with athletes, getting them to work together. We'll work with your coaches to learn what's standing in your way. Communication? Ego? Trust? Need them to take a step back? They don't trust one another? They don't work together? No problem. We'll dive in to your team's dynamics and give them tools to put it back together even better than before.
What does the day include?
This one day program takes place on the beach. We will put your team through a strategic set of activities. They will start small and earn their way through bigger and bigger challenges. Each challenge takes more cooperation, trust, and communication than the last. New leaders will emerge. We'll encourage thinking outside of the box. They will need to become one unit to get through each challenge. The final challenge of the day is a 1 hour surf lesson.
We'll take your team through each phase: Comfort Zone, Groan Zone and Growth Zone.

This part of the day is designed to make you stretch out of your comfort zone! Whether you have prior surf experience or not, our team of surf instructors prioritizes safety while focusing on encouragement.
We will provide the surfboards & a surf lesson.
