Individual Therapy.
Dana Forrest is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) who specializes in providing talk therapy to adolescents and young adults who experience a wide variety of issues. Ages 16-24 offer us a unique opportunity to course correct our lives. We know we're making mistakes, following bad examples, or not getting where we want to go... and most people have not made permanent mistakes yet. Many people go through life thinking they have time to sort it out, they will figure it out later. What's the sense in wasting your own time? Why set up bigger hurdles for later? Take the time NOW to deal with it.

Current services
Initial intake appointment: 50-80 minutes.
Individual therapy appointment: 45 or 60 minute sessions.

MENtoring. 
Looking for a way to get your teen/young man to engage with treatment? We take a non-traditional approach with our specialized program for young men, giving them the tools they need through mentoring with our experienced staff.

 Insurance and private pay clients are both welcome! We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Cigna & Oscar. All clients will book sessions with Dana through the Headway portal. This portal includes: live access to scheduling, insurance authorizations, & all payment.

At this time, all MENtouring sessions will be private pay only.
